Xavi remains the favorite Manager to replace Ronald Koeman.
Former Barcelona midfielder Xavi Hernandes remains the favourite manager to take over the reins of the club should they part ways with manager Ronald Koeman.
Koeman has been under intense pressure since the start of the season and the loss to arch-rivals Real Madrid over the weekend has not helped his situation with a section of fans hurling abuses at him when he left the stadium.
According to AS’s Javi Miguel, it is Xavi who remains the favourite to take over from Koeman if he is relieved of his duties in the future but other manager have been muted.

Among those who have been linked with the club include AFC Ajax head coach Erik ten Hag who is said to be the top priority for the club should Koeman stay at the club until the end of his contract which happens in the summer.
Xavi has been doing well with Qatari outfit Al Sadd, having already won seven titles with the team. Tuesday’s game against Umm Salal, in which Xavi’s side won 3-1, also marked his 100th game in charge of the club.
